Her coaching practice builds on a consolidated international career as an investment banker, at Goldman Sachs, private equity investment professional, at TowerBrook Capital Partners and Keensight Capital, and non-executive board member. Having worked and coached in high-performance, deal-driven environments, Elena understands the demands of managing one's own performance effectively, while navigating complex stakeholder dynamics. She brings pragmatism and a warm, engaging, reflective style into the coaching room.
A lifelong sports and health enthusiast and former competitive tennis player, Elena spends her free time with friends and family, exploring some of the world’s most stunning hiking trails, and enjoying long walks while immersing herself in a variety of podcasts. -

Lauren Livingston
Lauren Livingston, a Mastered Accredited Executive Coach, partners as a sounding board, adviser and coach to C-Suite executives, senior leaders, and leadership teams.
With a career spanning more than two decades in private equity, Lauren leverages her vast experience as the longest-standing global General Counsel at CVC Capital Partners and as an FCA-regulated Board Director to support her client's careers and leadership roles. She brings a deep understanding and sensitivity to the dynamics, demands and opportunities of working with high performance teams at the highest levels of corporate leadership, with a distinctly empowering, incisive, and empathetic coaching style.
Lauren also sits on the board of Power2, an award-winning children's charity. In her spare time, Lauren usually has 4 books on the go and has a healthy obsession with wellbeing and watching sports documentaries on Netflix. -

Helene has over 30 years of experience in the investment management, professional services and utility sectors. With over 16 of those years at CVC Capital Partners, Helene’s expertise lies in driving organisational transformation, optimising people strategies, and navigating high-stakes leadership transitions to deliver measurable business results.
As a former FCA-regulated Board Director and member of key governance and operational committees, Helene is used to navigating complex and sensitive situations. She specialises in executive coaching and HR advisory services tailored to meet the unique demands of C-suite leaders and newly appointed senior executives.
Outside of work, you will find Helene in the gym or walking her dogs, ideally in the French countryside.
